Pizaro's Pizza's Story
For more than a hundred and fifty years Pizziauolo's, in Naples, Italy, have been hand crafting, unique, mouth watering pizzas using the finest ingredients and cooking them in a 900 degree wood fired brick ovens. Inspired by the passion of true artisanship of these pie makers and intent on carrying on these time proven techniques, Pizaro's Pizza Napoletana was created. The inspiration was born out of a true passion to offer an authentic Napoletana pizza using only authentic ingredients and time-honored techniques.
Prior to opening Pizaro's Pizza restaurant, Bill Hutchinson, General Partner, received his certification as a Pizzaiuolo from the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) organization. Bill trained under the watchful eye of world renown Master Pizza Chef, Peppe Miele. In addition to this training, Bill and his wife and General Partner, Gloria have toured Italian pizzeria's to refine their skills and hone their Italian style pizza recipes.
Pizaro's is a family run business in Houston, Texas that is driven to provide an Authentic Traditional Italian pizza experience. We hope that you enjoy our pizza more than any other gourmet pizza.
